Terms of Service for Nadeed KSA for CNC Machines

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nadeed KSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nadeed KSA harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
